Ziad is a co-founder and CEO of Coconut, the premier social recruitment community for the hospitality industry. Under his leadership, an international team is building a trusted global platform that employs the best technology, systems, and culture, enabling employers to find the best staff and job seekers to find the best jobs in a quick, simple, and fun way. In addition to his role at Coconut, Ziad is also a founding partner of Meditari, a digital advisory firm that specializes in telecommunications and emerging technologies. Meditari provides consulting services to help clients navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape, with a focus on developing strategies to leverage new technologies and improve business performance. With Ziad's leadership and expertise, Meditari has established itself as a leading player in the digital advisory space, helping clients across various industries to achieve their digital transformation goals.

He is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE), a global organization that has been fostering entrepreneurship since 1992. Ziad joined the TiE board in 2013 and served as President in 2019 and 2020, leveraging his strategic mindset, extensive regional network, and driven personality to advance the organization's mission. Ziad is also a board member of Potential.com, a pioneering EdTech platform in the region that puts online learning at the service of impact and development programs.
